美味的蛋黄酥
今天我为steemit做的美食是美味的蛋黄酥, 有三种口味,紫薯、抹茶、原味~ 绿色的是抹茶, 紫色的是紫薯,还有一个原味, 做法和步骤比较复杂,算是我到目前为止,做的最难的一款美食

需要用的食材,咸鸭蛋,紫薯,抹茶粉,面粉,芝麻,蜂蜜,南瓜粉,奶油,奶粉,白砂糖

先把材料都准备好

  1. 把紫薯用高压15分钟,再和面粉搓揉成面烤, 用相同的方法的用面粉和抹茶揉出绿色的面团(加入奶油,白砂糖,牛奶), 一共做3份
  2. 揉好的油皮用保鲜袋装好,封好口,放在温暖处,醒发30分钟
  3. 切成小块,每个重约20克
  4. 取一个面团,包入一个蛋黄, 把准备好的蛋黄包进油皮里
  5. 用手揉圆
  6. 包的时候,油皮慢慢的往上推,直到全部包裹好,收口捏紧
  7. 全部包好之后,用保鲜膜盖起来
  8. 记得一定要时刻盖好保鲜膜
  9. 取一个从中间用擀面杖往两头擀开,成牛舌状
  10. 三种颜色的操作是一样的
  11. 全部卷好之后,盖上保鲜膜,醒发20分钟。
  12. 预热烤箱,上下火180度,烤30分钟
  13. 烤到表面有点微微发黄就可以了

刚刚做完,自己先品尝了一个,真的非常美味
