今天是国庆节的第五天,在家休息一天,请来了许多小朋友,我为大家做了一些美味的曲奇蛋挞和奶茶,先介绍我要做的蛋挞,肯德鸡的酥皮蛋挞应该人人都吃过,不过曲奇蛋挞就不一定!今天上午一共做了20多个,被孩子们吃得一个不剩,因为实在是太好吃了. 一起来看看我的制作过程和蛋挞

我们需要的食材,黄油,白砂糖,鸡蛋,低筋面粉,奶粉,鲜牛奶

制作方法:

  1. 把糖加入软化的黄油中,绞拌均匀
  2. 加入全蛋液,打蛋器搅拌至均匀
  3. 将奶粉和低筋粉混合,再倒入黄油中,用刮刀切拌均匀
  4. 然后用保鲜膜包好,冰箱冷藏20分钟左右
  5. 将牛奶和鲜奶油称重,然后加入蛋黄,糖
  6. 用蛋抽将蛋液拌匀
  7. 将冷藏的面团,切成30g的小块
  8. 将面团压扁,放入蛋挞模具
  9. 烤箱预热200℃,入炉后烤约15分钟。
    刚出炉的蛋挞,在我拍完这些照片后,2分钟就被吃光了, 孩子们的战斗力很强:)
